Sisters reaching their goals — together
A free, private space for your health, your habits and your Quran — built for Muslim women, and open only to women.
Free, and always free. No card needed.
This is a women-only space
Not a setting you switch on — the whole design. Every account is verified before she can join a group or see anyone else's progress. Groups are private, and only a group's name, banner and description can be seen from outside it.
Other members never see your verification photo — there are no profile photos here, and your sisters see only the name you choose. And you never have to use your own name: pick a nickname and that is what your sisters see — in the chat, in the member list and on every challenge board. It is yours alone, and no one else can take it.
Everything in one quiet place
Track what helps and ignore the rest. Nothing here shouts at you.
Food you actually eat
Suhoor and iftar are meal types, not afterthoughts. The food database covers Somali, Desi, Arab, Malay and Turkish cooking alongside the usual.
Your weight, gently
Losing, gaining or staying steady — all treated as equal goals. No red numbers, no “obese”, no chart designed to make you feel behind.
Home workouts, privately
No equipment, small spaces, quiet enough for a flat with neighbours below. We ask about your health first, so the plan suits your body — including during pregnancy and after birth.
A companion, not a doctor
Ask the everyday questions. It will never suggest an extreme diet, diagnose you, or discuss medication — those refusals are built in, not left to the model's judgement.
Groups that actually help
Make a group with your sisters, friends or family. Chat, compete gently, cheer each other on. Moderators keep it safe.
Quran challenges
Read from your own mushaf or Quran app, then record your reading in NaashNaash — and read together as a group. Free forever, never paywalled.
Built by paying attention
- Your streak pauses for your period
- Not broken, not lost — paused, and it says so. You shouldn't lose weeks of progress to your own body.
- Ramadan is expected, not an exception
- Timings shift, suhoor and iftar are proper meals, and workouts can be set to fasting-friendly with one tap.
- No cash prizes, ever
- Competitions are for encouragement. Points, badges and charity-linked rewards — never money staked on an outcome.
- Skin and hair goals, honestly framed
- Healthy, cared for and comfortable. Never lightening, never whitening, never a “beauty score”.
What we do with your information
Specifics, because everyone claims to care about privacy.
- No advertising or analytics trackers. Not one, anywhere in the app. Your health data is never sold or used for advertising. The one place any of it leaves us is the coach: what you write there, with up to six earlier messages from the same conversation, goes to Google to write the reply, along with a short summary — your goal, how active you are, whether your weight is steady, and whether you've logged a little or a normal amount of food today, never the numbers. Our privacy policy lists exactly what is sent.
- Nobody here can read your coach conversations. Not moderators, not administrators, not us. That isn't a policy we promise to follow — the database itself refuses.
- What you weigh is never shown to anyone. In a group challenge your sisters see how much you have lost and how far that is towards the goal you set together. The number on your scale, and where you started, never leave your account.
- Every permission is separate, and reversible. Turn one off and the data behind it is deleted — not hidden, deleted. Download everything or close your account whenever you like.
- Period dates are their own decision. Kept apart from everything else, used only to pause your streak, and removed after 90 days.
Ready when you are
Start with one thing — a glass of water, ten minutes of movement, a page of Quran. Small and steady is the whole idea.
